Our hydraulic power pack contains a oil tank. Whose frame carrier a vertical & horizontal flange mounted electrical motor pair through a gear coupling to have pump, piston pump or gear pump, which depends on capacity & pressure . The input side of the pump is attached with a suction stainer capable at straining particles at Micron size. While the output side of the pump is connected to a multifold block directional control valves are mounted.

The control valves are inter connected appropriately in the multifold block through drill passages to separate inter connecting pipes. Which achieves compaction, reduce noise level, maintenance accessibility is quite easy by removing the bolt.

For measuring level of oil in storage tank, temperature control indicator gauge in fitted in front of the tank at top. At the bottom of tank drainage system in given in side of the tank. Air breather in provided at cover plate afer filling oil in the tank. Fine filter Is fitted behind the multifold block to purify the used oil & back to the tank.

The high pressure valves & other hydrolic parts/spares of reputed multimetional manufactures such as Polyhydraon, Hydroline, Bosch Rextoth vickers, yuken, Sutton.

We use reputed electrical switch gear componants of L & T & Siemen only.
