Double-wall construction, outer made of mild steel and inner made of Stainless Steel with glass wool insulation. Temperature range 50C above ambient 250C maximum temperature controlled by expansion type thermostat with an accuracy of +/- 5C.Oven provided with a number of perforated trays made of the same material of construction as the inner chamber. Heating elements at bottom only.

A hot air oven is a type of dry heat sterilization oven is used to sterilize equipment and materials widely used in the medical field and rubber industries, and many more to perform the process of sterilization they can be operated from 50 to 300 C, using a thermostat to control the temperature digitally. its has double walled insulation method, the inner layer is poor conductor and outer layer being metallic. There is air gap between to this two layer of air circulating fan helps in uniform distribution of the heat
