A Melting Furnace is an electrical furnace the heat is applied by induction heating of metal. A gas carburizing furnace is also known as pit-pot type furnace this type gas carburizing furnace is used for increasing the surface hardness of steel such as auto parts, gears, precision turned components, construction machinery parts and any other component needing hardening. a temperature of this furnace is automatically controlled, hydraulic lifting and the drip feed of carburizing fluid. The furnace may be heated electrically, oil fired or gas fired.
A lab muffle furnace heating element is resistance wire coil form placed in grooved refractory. the heating element is a combination of ceramic fiber and refractory bricks ensured robustness with optimum thermal efficiency. the door of this muffled furnace is a heavily insulated door rested on heavy hinges movable on a side. A door limit switch shall be provided isolates power from the elements whenever the door is opened. the case of this furnace is fabricated from mild steel sheet suitably reinforced.
