The food conveying air dryer is automated production equipment developed according to customer needs. It can be linked to fruit and vegetable bubble cleaning machines, food spray cleaning machines, food brush cleaning and peeling machines and other equipment.
The food dryer is mainly composed of an air dryer and a conveyor belt with the high pressure fan to drying the product such as fruits & vegetables. While the food is being transported, the high-pressure fan will air-dry the food. The number and air volume of the high-pressure fan can be customized according to requirements.
The bottom of the conveyor belt is composed of stainless steel mesh (the conveyor belt of PP material can also be customized according to requirements), and the excess water can be drained from the mesh.
The advantage of the food dryer is that it can remove water droplets on the surface of the food after the food is cleaned, prevent the growth of bacteria, increase the storage time of the food, reduce the water content of the food juice, reduce the time for food drying and processing, and reduce the energy cost and the cost of food processing and improves the quality of food processing.
