The regulations on emissions for iso and other certifications also have accelerated the momentum of achieving clean working environment in factories a. 16 channels as a standard output. Higher or lower number of output channels may be provided. b. on time: 1-9999 milli seconds, off time 1-9999 seconds, pause time from 1sec to 9999 sec (programmable at site). c. display: high, 8 nos of 7 segment red led display d. output: 1 no relay contact per channel. All output contacts are rated for 3 amp. @ 230vac on resistive load. e. operating sequence: the operating sequence of the output load or solenoids is from first to last channel. f. remote start: the remote nc contact provided for sequence to start. g. remote stop: the remote nc contact provided for sequence to stop and all the loads are disconnected. After resuming remote start, the sequence shall resume from the 1st channel. h. channel skip facility: unwanted channel can be skipped through programming. i. manual pulsing: generally timer works in auto mode. Manual pulsing mode isalso provided for cleaning the bags one by one in manual mode. The outputchannel remains on till the pulsing key is released.

It is a micro controller based technology and having 6 digit 7 segment display or lcd display on request (optional) for output. The front panel programmable 4 key pad arrangement for data entry i.e., set values. It has the facility to set field programmable inputs 4 ma to 20ma, 0 ma to 20 ma, 0 to 2 volts, and 0 to 4.99 volts. Tolerance selection possible in the order 0.1 to 50 % of the set values & process value accuracy in the range of 0.01 of the full scale value. Two set points for low set and high set (if required) and the output low and high indication through front panel led's. The output relay contact rated for 230 volts / 3 amps and the optional rs232/rs485 modbus communication protocol output provided on request.
