We offer Sequential Controller for Silo Control Panel. Specification for silo:a. 16 channels as a standard output. Higher or lower number of output channels may be provided. b. on time: 1-9999 milli seconds, off time 1-9999 seconds, pause time from 1secto 9999 sec. c. display: a high, 8 nos of 7 segment red led display. d. output: 1 no relay contact per channel. All output contacts are rated for 3 amp. @ 230 vac on resistive load. e. operating sequence: the operating sequence of the output load or solenoids is from first to last channel. f. remote start: the remote nc contact provided for sequence to start. g. remote stop: the remote nc contact provided for sequence to stop and all theloads are disconnected. After resuming remote start, the sequence shall resumefrom the 1st channel. h. channel skip facility: unwanted channel can be skipped through programming. i. manual pulsing: generally timer works in auto mode. Manual pulsing mode isalso provided for cleaning the bags one by one in manual mode. The outputchannel remains on till the pulsing key is released. i. communication facility: rs 485 communication provided (on time, off timeand the pause time may be programmed from the distance of 2 kms using rs485.
