Uses :

  • Lecithin is mainly used as an Emulsifier, keeping ingredients in a consistent and homogenous mixture, in addition functioning as a thickener, stabilizer, moisturizer, anti-caking agent and mild preservative.
  • It creates smooth texture in various products such as chocolates, candies, mayonnaise, chewing gums and even baked products.
  • It makes instant food easy to dissolve, promote solidity and smoothness in margarine and give consistent texture to dressings and other creamy products.

  • It can be added to juice, milkshakes and smoothies,
  • The lecithin granules can be added during the blending process for smooth results.

NON-GMO PHOSPHATIDYLCHOLINE – 35 :

  • Description : It is a reddish brown viscous liquid and compound of fractionated Soya bean Lecithin and Soya bean Oil with enriched phosphatidylchorine content. It is a mixture of non-polar (Triglycerides) and polar (Phosphor & Glyco-) lipids.
  • Choline, chemically similar to the B vitamins, is needed for many basic functions, including normal functioning of all cells, liver metabolism and the transportation of nutrients throughout the body. Although choline is produced within the body but the production is not adequate to meet needs, so it must be consumed in the diet.
