High Security Bolt Seal NEPTUNESEAL, compliant with high security international standard ISO17712 and specifically with the requirement of having the internal metal part exceeding 18 mm. The patent pending innovative mechanical design is characterised by two metal tabs attached to the bolt, which securely slot into the locking channel, thus preventing any breaching by high speed spinning of the female part of the seal. Any tampering attempt will give evidence of irreparable damage onto the High Security Bolt Seal.

Description

• Thin wire of 0.9 mm suitable to enter into small holes. Wire length can be variable.
• Serial number laser marked to increase security levels.
• Barcode should be possible.
• No pliers or tool required to close the seal.
• Big surface area enables no grips available for opening the seal. The parts are totally encapsulated within each other marking it difficult to tamper.
• Possible to use a fragile wire made of MS or Plastic.
• Possible to use a strong wire of SS in applications where more strength is required.
• Anchor for strong holding of the parts.

Completely plastic seal supplied both with and without sealing wire. The exterior part is made of transparent plastic for better controlling the locking mechanism. To secure rotate 360° the handle of the seal. Once closed, it is recommended to snap off the handle. It is impossible to tamper the seal once it is secured.
