LFIA Glass Tube Level Gauge is a simple & reliable device for direct reading in atmospheric or pressurized tank ap-plication. Mounted side of the tank through flange or threaded connection. Liquid inside the tank passes through a transparent glass tube & liquid can be viewed through the glass tube and mea-sured by a scale mounted on the gauge. Glass Tube (Borosilicate) is fully Protected by C - Cut frame.

These gauges are custom manufactured accord-ing to the C-c distance is avail-able in single length of 2000 mm C-C Distance. We can extend the C-C length by PVC tube.

We are providing Air Vent Plug at top & drain plug at bottom for taking sample. We can also provide Inbuilt Isolation Valve on request. PP construction is made with all PP isolation valves & internals.

Reflex Level Gauge are used for measuring the level in the vessel. These can be used for maximum pressure of Upto150kg/cm² and a Maximum temperature of 400 deg C. construconal features include 2.5 Meter single piece construcon with mulple glasses between process Connecon. A pair of auto shut off ball check valves in material ofConstrucon carbon steel or stainless steel and polypropylene as oponal.

The principal of reflex level gauges is based on the difference in the refracve Indices of liquid & vapour. The liquid column is contained within the recess Of liquid chamber behind the sight glass which is clamped to the gauge body. The Sight glass has prismac right angled grooves on the side facing the liquid And vapour space light raise entering from right outside the gauge are either Absorbed or reflected depending upon whether they enter the liquid or vapour Space. When the ray of light encounters the surface of one of the grooves in vapour Space, it is reflected to the opposite space appears as silvery white. When the light Ray encounters the surface of grooves in the liquid space, it is totally absorbed Thereby the liquid behind the glass appear black.
