Capacitance Level Transmitter is a compact, low cost, level transmitter with 4-20 mA analogue out-put designed to measure the level of various liquids, and solid in tanks or storage vessels. Mea-suring range is 0.25 to 3 m for rod probe version. The probe forms an electrical capacitor with the surrounding metal contained wall, or with auxiliary reference probe. With the vessel empty, an initial ca-pacitances exists between the electrode And the metal well or the aux-iliary reference probe.

When the probe become covered with material to be measured the capaci-tances will increase and the change will be measured and covered into an analogue (4-20 mil) output signal proportional to the change. Rod or flexible cable can be used for various conductive or non conductive Liquids.Application : Liquids, syrups, solids, powder, cement, sugar, flour, power milk, rice, granules, chemical, etc.

LFIA The Float switch is a simple and easy to use liquid level control part. it has no complicated circuit and is not subject to interference. Usually it is placed in a closed metal tube or plastic tube, and one or more reed switches are provided. after that, one or more hollow floats with a ring-shaped magnet.

Cable Float Level Switch is made from resistant polypropylene. It is durable, economical, maintenance free & easy to install. And spe-cially designed for multiple point level detection in liquids. Its hermetic sealed, polypropylene body makes it suitable for sewage application. The switching ON or OFF differential is adjusted by a counterweight on the cable. The switches will transmit an ON or OFF contact signal output when the float rises and turns upwards. The switch contains a metal ball that can side as the float position changes.

SideMounted Level Switchare designed for use in tanks and vessels for indicating or controlling the level of a liquid. They work well as high or low level controls. Its operating princi-pal is magnetic & wetted part construction in SS. When the float magnet moves close to the switch stem, the float magnet repels the switch magnet which either opens or closes the Electrical circuit. The contact can be used to operate a pump or any device connected in series to it. These switches can either be supplied in weather proof cast aluminium switch housing.

LFIA LFS-C Conductivity level switch is one of the versatile and economical instrument for point level indication and controlling of conductive liquids. Vibration Fork Level Switch is used to drive the vibration fork and feedback signal, when produces the resonation on the fork. When the fork comes into contact with material, the fork will release some frequency signal. It will be converted into the output to the signal. The vibrating frequency causes tuning forks to vibrate free inside the tank when forks are not covered with any media. Once the media covers the tuning forks, it causes damp-ing of vibrations. The damping effect of vi-brating forks is sensed by an equal circuitry which in turns gives an output electronic signal which in turn actuates a relay.

The Vibration fork level switch can be widely applied to detect the min. and max. Level in tanks, silos and hoppers filled with materials of different applications.
