POWER-FLEX® Automobile cables are manufactured using Electrolytic Grade 99.97% purity copper with 100% conductivity. The high purity & conductivity ensures superior working of the wires throughout their life. The conductor is drawn from bright electrolytic grade copper and annealed copper are bunched tightly together in heavy duty high speed bunchers in circular construction to get perfect concentric shape without any loose strands.
These cables are insulated with a special grade high temperature PVC compound which is impervious to water, oil, grease, acids etc.
These cables can operate under extreme climatic conditions i.e., from -30°C to 105°C.
These cables are manufactured as per IS 2465 standard.
