Conveyorised Spray Washing System
These are high productivity conveyorised part washers for continuous cleaning of parts.
The part movement is on continuous conveyor using SS chain-sprocket mechanism.
Honey comb chain conveyor / slatted chain conveyor can be used as per part geometry and requirement.
Spray wash, spray rinse, compressed air chop and hot air dry process can be adopted.
Spray rust inhibition can be added. Fixed or pneumatically operated spray manifolds can be provided.

HELIUM Leak detection is used to detect micro-openings, porosities, etc. in test parts. The detection of these cracks involves the use of a light tracer gas which is capable of infiltrating the smallest leak quickly: Helium.
The detector samples and measures the helium flow rate entering the test part via the leaks.
Several methods can be used to test the part. The right one will be selected according to the test part and the measurement accuracy required.

Differential Sensor Based Leak Testing Machine to meesure pressure drop up to 0.1 Pascal. These machines are multi channel to test various chambers at different pressures and reject levels.Fully automatic Quality control machines for proper traceability.
These machines are based on Pressure Decay Method. These machines consist of pressurizing the system with a defined pressure gas, usually dry air. Then the part is isolated from the gas supply and, after a stabilizing period, its internal pressure is monitored over time. The pressure drop is measured in the time. If the pressure in the system drops fast, there is a large leak present in that component or section of the system. If the systems pressure drops slowly, there is a small leak present. If the pressure remains the same, that component is leak-free. The leak rate can easily be computed considering the volume of the component.

Basic principle of these machines is same as dry leak testing machine.At the time of leakage in component, water is medium to detect the leak location.
Vacuum Leak Test works in the opposite way of the pressure decay test. This method involves evacuating the part to suitably low pressures and after stabilizing the pressure, measuring the increase in pressure caused by test media entering the part. Only parts that are able to withstand external pressure can be tested in this way (e.g. thin-walled plastic parts cannot be tested due to the danger of collapsing). The vacuum decay method can be realized in a fully automatic procedure and, in this way, it is independent of the operator. This technique is a go no-go test. It detects the total system leak and more than one leak can exist; leak location cant be detected. In a vacuum decay test, the unit to be tested is evacuated and its internal pressure is lower than atmospheric pressure.
