Hydraulic Gold Coining Press with PLC programmer with Auto Ejector.
This is a 300 tons capacity Hydraulic Coining Press with electronic programmable PLC Controller for multiple strokes at final stage and complete with automatic coin Ejector cylinder for easy removal of gold and silver coin.
The press design incorporates pressure adjustment through a hand operated pressure adjusting knob. It is provided with numerical display for easy repeat operation. One can also adjust the pressure time. The press can be operated in both manual as well as auto cycle mode.
The operator can program the PLC controller to give more than one final embossing stroke by feeding in the value as required. It is recommended to have two, three or four multiple strokes for higher weight coins to get better and perfect emboss design on the coin. For smaller coins, one can operate the press for single stroke as well.
The automatic ejector cylinder ejects the pressed coin from the middle ring of the die automatically on completion of press stroke.
The programmable controller also provides for SAFE operation of the press and it STOPS the press automatically if press is turned on without the blank in place. This way it saves the coining die from damage. Additional provision is also provided for operators safety.
The press is supplied complete with 10.0 HP 440 volts 3 Phase AC electric motor, control panel with PLC and with Ejector cylinder but without oil. The oil tank requires about 400 litres of hydraulic oil.
The press is ideal for making gold and silver coins from 1.0 gram weight to 100.0 grams. It is also suitable for making other metallic medallions.
