These are called Oilless bushes as there is no external lubrication required. The oilless Bearings have dry lubricant compressed into base metal. At the time of frictional motion, particles of solid lubricants form minute lubricant membrane to the surface of the moving part.

Vardhman Dies & Mould Tools is acknowledged as a manufacturer, exporter & suppliers of Dies and Mould tools product, available in a variety or grades, materials, and finishes, in metric and inch sizes, used in various machines, dies and application, sprue bush is the connecting part between the machine nozzle and the mould face, and provides suitable breach through which the material can travel on its way to the mould cavity or the start of the runner system in multi cavity moulds. There are two basic design of sprue bush which differ only with respect to the form of seating between the sprue bush and nozzle of the machine:
1. Sprue bush with a spherical recess which is used in conjunction with a spherical front ended nozzle.
2. Flat rear face, used with a corresponding nozzle.
