An Air poppet is utilized to help with shaped part discharge. A little measure of gas is blown into the shape hole (or off the center) at a coveted area to help with isolating the formed part from the coveted form separating line highlight. Air Poppets is with profound draw parts (i.e., pails) or thin-walled shaped parts. Wind stream is coordinated to concur with the discharge cycle, and this wind current opens the valve to break the vacuum and encourage part launch.
Air Poppet Valves are available in both inch and metric sizes. They are designed to break the vacuum that is created when molding thin-walled or deep-drawn parts such as flower pots, trays and containers. Multiple air poppet valves can be used for large or heavy slides as needed.
