Our Complete range of products are Dried Gongura Leaf and Dried Curry Leaf.
Gongura (Kenaf Leaf) sourced from our own Chemical-Free Farm are broad, flat, and pliable. As a dense shrub-like plant that grows up to heights of two to three meters with reddish-purple stems, they offer a mild tangy flavour, whereas more mature leaves are robust and acrid. They are two varieties of Gongura - green-stemmed leaf and red-stemmed & the red type is actually sourer than the green. There are various medicinal benefits of sorrel leaves due to the presence of iron, vitamins, minerals, folic acid, and antioxidants.
Dried curry leaves a spice that has a distinct aroma containing volatile oil, has strong smoky flavour, extremely light & nutty.
These dried ones have hints of less piney and spicy citrus notes with a slightly tangerine acrid taste that stimulates the taste buds.
Our curry leaf is sourced from our own and partner Chemical-Free Farms and free from any artificial flavours thereby providing a crispy & dry texture; adding a pungent taste to the dish.
