Technical Specifications for 19kg LPG Cylinders :

• Cylinders are manufactured as per IS-3196 (PART 1):2013 and tested as per IS-3196(PART-3)- 2012.
• Material used for LPG cylinder is Low Carbon Steel.
• Calibration of all testing/measuring equipment is done as per BIS scheme of Testing and Inspection.
• All instruments are user friendly, of latest model with digital scale for easy reading and recording of accurate measurements
• Calibrated sliding rule set up for measurement of Total Height of cylinder.
• Verticality checking setup as per IS 3196 (PART-1) latest.
• Hydraulic/Pneumatic valve fixing machine OR Torque wrench setup with limit switch arrangement for fixing of SC Valve on the bung
• Valve tightening setup with provision to set and check tightening torque.
• Torque wrenches conforming to IS/ISO 6789:2003.
