MYCROPAST -AR 6557 (Multipurpose) is a modified acrylic emulsion specially designed for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementitious systems. It is resistant to hydrolysis and can therefore be used for external applications. Mycropast AR 6557 is the recommended primer for the Mycro-primer cementitious repair system. It cures mortars using to prevent rapid drying out also Protect uncured mortar from frost and rain.
The incorporation of Mycropast AR 6557 in mortars and concretes improve the tensile strength, flexural strength, corrosion resistance and provides greater flexibility for crack bridging, better bonding, excellent water resistance, improved chemical resistance, and reduced shrinkage. The durability of Mycropast AR modified cement-based materials is higher due to the flexible butadiene chains. The improved workability induced in concrete by Mycropast AR is associated with entrained air and scattering effect of surfactants used in polymer production. An increase in the flexural strength is associated with the presence of polymer membrane around and between cement particles and to the contribution of the intrinsic characteristic of rubber polymer.

YCRO-SP-NP300 is based on Sulphonated Naphthalene Polymers and supplied as a brown liquid instantly dispersible in water. MYCRO-SP-NP300 has been specially formulated to give high water reductions without loss of workability or to produce high quality concrete. It is ideal for usage in production of pavement quality concrete.
MYCRO-SP-NP300 are chemical additives that improve concrete's fluidity by reducing the amount of water needed. They are surfactants and they confer Negative Charge on individual Cement particles such that they are kept in a more Dispersed or Suspended state due to interparticle repulsion hence accounting for the Mobility of the particles. They work by reducing the surface tension between water and cement particles, which causes the particles to form a less open structure. This structure requires less water to fill spaces, which increases the strength of the concrete.

Features of MYCRO- SP-NP300 Superplasticizer Compounds:
Improve workability: MSP-NP 300 allow for a reduced water-to-cement ratio
without sacrificing workability.
Increase strength: It reduce the water-to-cement ratio, which increases the strength
of the concrete.
Improve durability: It help produce concrete with a lower porosity, which makes it
more resistant to compression.

Method of Application
The optimum dosage is best determined by site trials with the concrete mix which enables the effects of workability, strength gain or cement reduction to be measured. Site trials with MSP-NP 300 should always be compared with mix containing no admixture. As a guide, a dosage range of 0.6 to 1.4% weight of cement is normally recommended. An over dose of double the recommended amount of MSP-NP 300 will result in very high workability and may cause extension of initial and final setting times. However, the ultimate compressive strength will not be impaired.
