This macine is used in the Buscuit Industries as Pre-baking equipments. It is used for mixing purpose.
Features (Capacity - 100kg/200kg/300kg Flour) : This mixing action is achieved by two specilly designed blades (Sigma Type). Set on parallel shafts mounted with close with close clearance in a IW' shaped trough. The ratation of one blade is opposite to that of the other. The bottom of the trogh is curved upward to form a ridge between blades. The design of the blades helps in homogeneous mixing of ingredients. Dough discharge by lifting mechanism of mixing Bowl Mechanical / Hydraulic means and limit switches. Mixer lead open & close manually / pneumatically. Outer cover powder coated/stainless steel.
