This machine is used in the Biscuit Industries as backing equipments.
Features :The baking of the biscuits is done by the radiated heat technology. The fuel used is oil / gas. Electrically heated baking ovens are also available for bakery plants only. Insulation: we are using ceramic blanket all over the oven inner chamber to heat loss while biscuit baking.
Stainless steel combustion chambers & S S shells are provided for heat resistance of the firing chamber.
The burners & the temperature at all the zones are regulated by control panel & temperature controller provided for each zone.
Specially designed energy efficient heat recovery ducting provided to minimize fuel consumption. Variable speed controlled circulating fans ensure efficient circulation of hot air consisting to power savings.
