A compact Hydraulic Cylindrical grinding machine for External, Internal or Face grinding of small components in small to medium Production batches. The machine is available in only External, only Internal or Universal configurations in both Semi automatic & automatic versions.

This machine is suitable for grinding medium size work pieces in High production volumes. Ideally suited for precision grinding of shaft type components with single or multiple diameters ground in high volumes. Machine is also available with Linear motion guideways in the Wheel Head Axis for precise response up to 0.1 . The machine is available in both Straight & Angular Wheel Head Configurations.

The machine features separate slides for Internal & External Grinding spindles. The grinding feed is through separate slide on which the work spindle is mounted. Optional features like, Linear glass scales, rotary dresser, Dynamic Balancer, HF Spindels are also available.

This is a machine for high precision internal Bore & Face grinding of components in medium to High Production volumes. The machine is suitable for large components like Synchro Ring etc. The workholding interface is standard A25 nose with option of up to A28 interface also available for large parts. The machine is capable for grinding with CBN or conventional abrasives, tooled up with Belt driven or High Frequency Spindles (option) for optimum productivity.

This is an Economical 2 Axis CNC machine for external grinding of components in medium to High Production volumes. It is ideally suited for medium & small scale industries. Suitable for components ground in multiple plunges or in traverse grinding like pump shafts, motor shafts etc. The machine is available in both Straight & Angular Wheel Head Configurations.
