SEED GERMINATOR DOUBLE CHAMBER: JST-2 Seed Germinator Double Chamber has specifications same as double chamber and also consists of following points:- Each chamber size : 555 (W) x 910 (H) x 605 (D) mm. For cooling (Low temp.) 5°C to 50°C ± 1°C a sealed compressor unit has been provided to work independently below the chamber. JST – 2A : Heating & Cooling in separate chambers. JST – 2B : Heating & Cooling in both chambers. Seed Germinator Single Chamber : Suitable for conducting various experiments on seed germination. Different environmental conditions can be created and controlled as per requirement. Double walled construction, inner made of stainless steel sheet and outer made of mild steel sheet duly finished in powder coated paint. Temperature range 5°C above ambient to 50°C ± 1°C controlled by Digital Indicator & Controller. Humidity is created in a stainless steel chamber by heating water by an immersion heater from ambient to 95% ± 3% RH controlled by a humidistat. A full – view inner acrylic door and double walled outer door with magnetic gaskets is provided. Inner chamber is provided with fluorescent illumination to create photo-stimulation. An air-circulating fan has been provided to maintain uniform temperature in the total chamber. Supplied complete with 14 adjustable perforated trays, pilot lamps, on-off switch other control switches, cord plug to work on 220V AC 50Hz single phase. ELECTRO CONVULSOMETER : EM-31 Electro Convulsometer: The instrument provides 50Hz stimulus current which can be adjusted 0.15mA to 330mA in discrete steps for producing minimal and supra maximal seizures required in the assaying of anti-epileptic and anticonvulsant drugs. The application of stimulus current can be controlled by an electronic timer from 0.1 second to 1 second in steps of 0.1 to 3 seconds in 11 steps. An L.E.D. indicates the duration of stimulus.
