Blow Room is the first stage in the processing of raw cotton for surgical cotton manufacturing. It prepares the cotton by opening, cleaning, and blending it before the carding process. This stage removes impurities such as dust, dirt, and seeds, ensuring high-quality, clean cotton suitable for medical use.
Working Principle Attributes
Raw Cotton Feeding: Cotton bales are fed into the Hopper Feeder.
Opening & Cleaning: The cotton is passed through beaters to separate fibers and remove impurities.
Blending: Cotton from different sources is mixed for uniform quality.
Dust & Waste Removal: Fine dust and small impurities are removed using an air suction system.
Cotton Transfer: The cleaned cotton is sent to the Carding Machine for further processing.
