Features : 

  • Foil Paste is used for printing foils on fabrics with very good adhesion.
  • It is specially designed for soft feeling for both manual and automatic printing machine.
  • It has a very good washing fastness.
  • Foiling can be done at the same time or anytime later after printing Foil paste.

 

Method of Printing

  • Print the material directly by using 100-120 mesh screen on the fabrics.(fixer 2%)
  • Foil Paste can be tinted with pigments to match embellishment colour.
  • Apply Foil on above printed design and with required pressure give heat at 150 to 160 degree.
  • Allow the print to cool and remove the foil paper from the print to get desired result.

 

Storage & shelf life

  • Do not store under direct sunlight or a temperature exceeding 35 degree.
  • Always keep the lid closer after the material is used from container.
  • Shelf life of the product is 6-8 months if stored under ideal condition.
