Dosa is a South Indian delicacy and liked all over the world forits light and healthy nature. Dhosa Recipe

Empty DHOSA MIX in a bowl, add 6 cup of water Stir it well to form a smooth mixture. Allow the mix to stand undisturbed for 30 minutes. Place a frying pan on medium heat and sprinkle a little water on it. Wipe with a clean piece of cloth and spread a little oil on it. Stir the mixture and spread large spoonful thinly and evenly in circle on the pan by pressing with a spoon. Fry only one side and before lifting up the dhosa from the pan, sprinkle oil onthe cap and along the edges. Serve hot dhosa with Sambhar and Chutney. For Masala Dhosa, add Pre-Cooked Potato-onion 'masala'.

Add 25 Gms. of oil in DAHIVADA Mix of this packet of 500 gms. add water to make paste like dough. keep it for about 10 minutes. Fry vadas. Gulabjamun Recipe

Take 200gms Gulabjamun Mixture in a dish. Add 100gms. Milk, Knead the Mixture gently and make soft-smooth dough (for Kneading use only finger, do not use your palm.) Dividein to 50 (fifty) equal pieces. Apply little ghee on your palm and shape in to round or. bdlong. Immediately fry in ghee, on medium heat. First put one Gulabjamun in ghee for frying, lithe Gulabjamun slowly take the colour golden brown and come up to the surface of ghee, fry all Gulabjamun. (If the Gulabjamun come up lmmediatly on the surface of ghee, cool down the ghee) After frying put Gulabjamun in to Sugar Syrup. After frying all Gulabjamun, Dive heat the Gulabjamuns with Sugar Syrup for 3 to 5 minutes.

Dissolve 4 cup sugar 4 cup water and boil it properly
