Cutting Oil For Stainless Steel: AMCUT-SS We offer cutting oil for ultra extreme pressure lubrication in machines manufacturing stainless steel, screws, fasteners, nuts, bolts and surgical equipments. This cutting oil can also be used in cutting, threading, drilling, tapping, drawing, stamping and boring of other hard metals and alloys.
we offer our clients with qualitative range of emulsifier for cutting oil. these are offered under brand emul-100 and emul-200 in the market. the emul-100 is a special purpose emulsifier and is ideal for blending with base stocks on low flash point of less than 100°c as well as low viscosity. this type uses 15 - 20 % with the oil, which is strong, stable, and bright milky emulsion. further, the emul-200 that we offer is high performing emulsifier and ideal for soluble cutting oil. these are blended with heavy base stocks having flash point more than 150°c like sn70, sn100, ha.
