These oils are ides to enhance the flow characteristics and dispersion of fillers in rubber compounds during their processing.We offer these rubber process oils to clients in different types such as :Naphthenic Type : These hydro carbons are also known as cyclo paraffinics and are single bounded hydro carbons. It has good solubility and thermal stability, which makes it ideal for use in molded articles, L.P.G. tubes and slippers. Aromatic Type : The aromatic hydro carbon type oil that we offer possesses double bounded mix ring carbons. These are used for compounding batches to manufacture tyres, tread rubbers, and molded sheets.The Paraffinic type constitutes branched chain hydro carbon molecules. We have in our repertoire high viscosity and high flash point Paraffinic Oils for better shelf life of end products. These are widely used in compounding with synthetic rubbers, EPDM rubbers and butyl rubbers.
