The stainless steel sintered metal filter is suitable for applications, which require a durable, low maintenance reusable stainless steel filter. The filter cartridge is constructed of 316L stainless steel Powdered Sintered. This porous metal Sintered filter media is a economical, reliable, long-lasting and proven media for particle capture in Liquid and Gas Filtration.
Our Sintered Filters are manufactured under strict sintering process to insure rating of filter. Considering various Industrial filtration applications porosity of filter is available from 0.5 micron to 75 micron. Due to its wide compatibility, high temperature resistance and high differential Pressure handling Capability Stainless Steel filters are used in various industries as Pharmaceuticals, API, Chemical, Fertilizer, Polyester and Petrochemical.
Metal Sintered media can be cleaned and reuse. The trapped particulate in filter media is cleaned by Blow back or Back-Pulsing of Liquid / Gas. Ultrasonic cleaning of Sintered filter restores the sintered media nearly to its original efficiency.
Features & BenefitsMFC Stainless Steel Pleated Filters are made of Stainless Steel Sintered mesh /weaving wire mesh. Made entirely of 304, 316 or SS 316L stainless steel, they are cleanable and reusable and can withstand differential pressures up to 60 psi.
Availability of particle retention ratings as fine as 1, 5, 10, 25, 100, 120 and above microns. Element surfaces can be plain cylindrical, or pleated to increase active filtration area. The filter media is seam welded and the media centre core and fittings assembled using the same procedures.
Porous metal Mesh is a proven, reliable, long-lasting media which operates at high temperature. The trapped particulates removed by back pulsing of Gas / Liquid.

The Polypropylene Filter Housing are manufactured by high density polypropylene. The molding of the filter housings is done with very strict production norms, to provide the consistence performance. Opaque and Transparent Housings are made of Virgin and FDA grade Polypropylene which ensures the housing leaching free and filtered fluid free from contamination. To meet the requirement of market specification Filter housings are made in 5 , 10 & 20 long sizes suitable for Both Open Ended filter cartridge . To ensure the leak proof, housings are made with Single O-ring and Double O-rings arrangements.

Polypropylene Bag filter Assembly is commonly used in high sediment water, chemical and Industrial application where longer service life is required . Standard Bag Vessel Assemblies keep your system on stream longer by reducing bag filter change time. They are made of lightweight corrosion resistant polypropylene to give you all the strength you need without the weight. All Assembly come complete with gauge, wrench and 3/8" drain valve. Filter bags are available in high efficiency polypropylene and nylon monofilament meshideal for filtering and straining applications.
