Clean Room Ovens

These ovens are especially designed for the applications where the clean air and the proper ventilation are required. The product is placed inside the oven on the shelves of the trolleys for the Testing, baking or curing of electrical & electronic parts, liquid painted parts, Pharmaceutical & food products, etc. The temperature ranges from a few degrees above the ambient temperature to 180 degree C. The standard sizes range from 50 cu ft to 170 cu ft. The panel is mounted on one side of the oven or can be stand alone panel. Insulation of up to 100 MM is provided to minimize the heat losses during operation.

Product Description
  • Construction:The oven is made out of Mild steel sheets form outside and stainless/ G.I sheets from inside. The oven is duly painted with Enamel Paint giving a rich look from outside.
  • The body is fully insulated with 100 MM of mineral wool between the outer two walls to minimize the heat losses. Ovens are provided with double leaf door on the front side with toughened glass as a standard. These doors are provided with explosion resistant latches.
  • Air Filters:High quality dust arresting filters are used at the fresh air inlet of the oven and high temperature resistant (HTR) filters are used inside the ovens.
  • Choice of Air circulation:Vertical, horizontal or combination
  • Shelves:3 No shelves will be provided with each trolley. The shelves are made out of M.S or stainless angles and heavy duty wire mesh.
  • Exhaust vent with manually adjustable damper.
  • Heating media:Electric / Gas / Diesel
  • Control panel with Standard Controls
  • Voltage Stabilizer:in case of gas/diesel fired heating systems
