These ovens are suitable for removing moisture from plastic granules, epoxy potting, organic/ inorganic pulp, roasting / drying of food products like dry fruits, corn flakes and other edible products. The product is placed inside the oven on the trays for the drying, curing or the roasting process. The temperature ranges from a few degrees above the ambient temperature to 200 degree C. The sizes range from 6 Trays to 288 Trays. Each tray of 400 x 800 MM is capable of carrying approximately 4 5 kgs of material to be processed. The panel can be mounted on the side or on the top of the oven depending on your requirement. Insulation of 100 MM is provided to minimize the heat losses during operation.
Product Description
- Construction:The oven is made out of mild steel from inside & outside and insulated with 100 mm of mineral bonded wool. It is painted with High Temperature aluminum paint from inside and given rich enamel finish from outside. Oven can also be made in Galvanized / Stainless steel on request.
- Choice of Air circulation:Vertical, horizontal or combination
- Trays of size 800 x 400 x 30mm will be provided along with the oven. The trays are made out of aluminum 1.2 mm thk. Sheets, Stainless or G.I. Trays are also available on request.
- Exhaust vent with manually adjustable damper.
- Heating media:Electric / Gas / Diesel
- Control panel with Standard Controls
- Voltage Stabilizer:in case of gas/diesel fired heating system
