SPECIFICATIONS
High Maltose syrup is used as sweetener in various food products. The sugar profile of high maltose syrup comprises of Maltose as a major component. High maltose syrup is less sweet then high fructose syrup and contains no fructose. It has adequate sweetness and is used as a sweetener in commercial production of food products. To be labelled as High maltose, the syrup must contain minimum of 50 % maltose.
Packing :25kg, 75kg, 290kg drum and customised package.
Our flavored syrup is made of HFCS, rice syrup and food additives.
