We are offering disc diffuser.
Ring diffuser made up of aero tubes can be used in all the areas where disk diffusers are used. The diffuser can be joined to the header with 3/4 inch ss nipples. Thickness of disk diffuser membrane is only 1 mm while it is 6 mm in ring diffusers. Operating pressure up to 5 kg in aerotubes while it is .7 kg in membranes. Sotr 4.8 kg/hour in aerotube it is 2.7 kg in disk diffusers/tube diffusers. Circle or ring diffusers are fine bubble diffusers. This diffusers are fitted with one 90 cm aerotube. 45cm on the right and another 45 cm on the left side of the pvc pipe which is of 40 cm length. Both sides of the pvc pipe is closed with end caps. In the middle we have saddle or threaded pvc t. This saddle or threaded pvc t can be fitted with 3/4 inch ss nipple which is a standard one for all disk diffusers or tubular diffusers. From blower the pipe headers are fitted with saddles. Hence the ss nipple works as a connecting air link between headers and diffusers. The fine bubble aeration from the diffuser helps to control bod and cod. Each meter length of aerotube will give 5 m3 air/hour.

Floating Diffuser

We offer a wide range of sewage water diffuser. These are utilized in sewage treatmentetp. Float diffusers are made use in more stp and etp.the system consists of 2 number of imported taiwan make plastic floats, ss frame and aerotube gridgrids. We can use grids with any number of aerotubes according to our requirement. Each meter aerotube will give 5 m3 air. The system can be put on the top of effluent. Braided oze can be used from the blower to the grid. There is no need to spend for separate plumbing, construction of structures, design charges etc. The float system size is 1 meter x 1.5 meter. It is compact and will fit into even a small tank. Multiples of floats can be used in larger tanks. The blower can be kept at the bank of the tank or even on the frame it can be mounted. The bod and cod levels are maintained as required. The cost to get 100 m3 or 130 m3 of air is very much low and economical.the cost will come only half of the cost of common diffusers. The workers need not touch the effluent on repair or replacement of the system. The tank need not be emptied while working. More over the float can be bought to any corner of the tank with nylon ropes.(image a float in a leather affluent). Float diffuser specially designed for etpstp.
