Price of copper cathode offered is at lme-16% cif to aswp.Payment terms: only sblc2% pb from seller.Quantity: 15000mt-20000mt only.Procedure: 1. seller sends draft contract to buyer to fill2. buyer sends bank draft of sblc swift mt 760 + bcl 3. the buyer and seller signs the final contract in counterparts, simultaneously, and exchange it, via email (electronic signature is valid and accepted as hand signature). ).4. seller sends the following proof of product (pop) documents to buyer, including:1.a.i. pro-forma invoice stating the price and quantity of goods to be delivered1.a.ii. certificate of export from the government of the democratic republic of congo1.a.iii. certificate of origin from the country of origin of the merchandise1.a.iv. certificate of ownership of the merchandise issued by the authority in the drc1.a.v. chemical analysis assay from the office of congolese de controlee5. within 5 (five) working days, buyers bank will issue non-operative standby letter of credit (sblc) for one year (12 successive months) to sellers bank account.6. within 5 (five) working days after receipt of non-operative sblc from buyers bank, sellers bank will issue a 2% performance bond to activate the banking instrument.7. seller begins shipments8. goods arrive at destination port; the final payment made by swift mt103 upon inspection reports quality & quantity at discharge port and all delivery documents.Please , please and please no dlc term is allowed by the seller.
