Advantages of lpg over kerosene / petrolowing to higher octane number lpg has an anti knockingproperty which is comparable with kerosene / petrol.the outboard engine running on lpg will increase the lifeof spark plug as lpg is a clean fuel.adulteration or spilling or theft of fuel is not possible.lpg reaches the engine in pure form resulting in an improved air/fuel mixture and enables refined combustion.there is hardly any discharge of co as compared to petroland kerosene since the exhaust fumes contains less harmfulsubstances. The co emissions are around 80% lessthan petrol and kerosene. Hydrocarbon emissions are 60%less than petrol and kerosene.existing fuel system is suitable for lpg as well as petrol asan option and thus increases the flexibility of the usages ofthe mode of fuel.lpg kit will be fitted with dual fuel choice without anymajor modification.with lpg user will get the same power as get onkerosene /petrol.in stopped condition of engine; user is safe from leakage oflpg as the lpg regulator works on vacuum principle.
