Agro make Hemant crusher is made keeping in mind the upcoming demand of farmer. It is driven by the gearbox which has harden and ground gears. Which help in reducing power consumption.

This gear box requires less oil which directly reduces the oil change cost.

As day by day cost of fuel and energy is going up this crusher will help in saving more and more in running cost.

All the gears in this crusher unit are made of steel. Which in turn gives maintenance free operation.

Side plate is made of steel sheet fabrication. Specific design of side plate makes the assembly more easier.

The roller are made of specific grade cast iron to give long life.

All the gears are covered, which helps in minimizing the accidents.

Our capacity ratings are for 12 ½ % fiber content and for continuous operation. In practice there is bound to be some variation due to variety, size and conditions of cane and also the skill of the operator.
