Our purification systems use an advanced technology to separate, recover & purify strong acids from spent acid solutions contaminated with dissolved metals from all type of acid (strong & weak) like sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, phosphoric acid & many more. This technology is capable of recovering acids from concentrated baths that would have been discarded in the past.
typically, 80-90% of the initial process acid is recovered in one pass through the system with 70-90% removal of the dissolved metals from the process acid. The system range in the size from 50 litres per day up to 4500 litres of acid per day.
