All Dielectric Self Supporting Aerial Cable

All Dielectric Self Supporting Aerial Cable is a stranded loose tube manufactured using high modulus plastics. Fibers (250μm) and water-resistant filling compounds are filled in the All Dielectric Self Supporting Aerial Cable. FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) acts as a compact and circular cable core in which the non-metallic central strength members such as tubes (and fillers) are stranded. The cable core is then shielded with PE (polyethylene) inner sheath. PE or AT (anti-tracking) outer sheath is provided over the inner sheath of aramid yarns. Features ADSS cable complies with Standard IEEE P 1222 as well as IEC 60794-1 Excellent AT performance, The maximum inductive at the operating point of AT sheath can reach 25kV Can be installed without shutting off the power Large span lengths and the largest span is over 1000m Light weight and small diameter reducing the load caused by ice and wind and the load on to and backprops The design life span is 30 years Good performance of tensile strength and temperature. Stranded Loose Tube Armored Cable

Stranded Loose Tube Armored Cable comprises of fibers (250μm) and water-resistant filling compounds that are filled in a high modulus plastic made loose tube. At the center of the core, a steel wire sheathed with polyethylene (PE) is placed as a metallic strength member. Around this steel wire, tubes (and fillers) are stranded. An application of Aluminum Polyethylene Laminate (APL) is done all around core of the cable. The filling compound protects the cable core from water ingress. Thin PE inner sheath is used to cover the cable core. The inner sheath comes with a longitudinally applied PSP. A PE outer sheath completes the Stranded Loose Tube Armored Cable.
