This is en-19 plate of size 1000 mm dia x 150mm thick. All the scrap is removed as a solid blocks and can be used for different purpose.

We are offering  cutting job work in alloy steel plates. We provide cutting services of different types of alloy steel plates on Vertical Band Saw machines. Our company is equipped with the requisite machines and equipments to ensure that the cutting is done without any hassles. A different range of vertical band saws (AMADA VAC-500, DOALL, ALL CUT ) provides the ability to cut various alloy steel (ferrous, nonferrous) and non-metals plates up to a maximum 150mm thick. On AMADA VAC-500 being the most recent additions and with rotary table attachment facility we can cut internal pockets and round cutting in plates (1000mm dia up to 100mm thick. Profiles such as L shape, T shape, diagonals, counters ( the radius of the counter is limited to blade width) can be cut easily so that lot of material can be saved. our range of straight & profile cutting services includes the following materials in plates.

 

Ferrous metals: MS, EN-8, EN-31, EN-47, EN-24, HCHCr , Cast Iron, etc

Cutting of Stainless Steel plates for smaller thickness, lot of non-conventional methods like lazar, plasma cutting process are available. As there is heat involvement in this type of process there is a change in mechanical properties.  We are cutting huge thickness of Stain Steel plates and machine components without any taper.
