  • Temp. Control [a] Digital Micro Control Based Temperature Indicator cum Controller. [b] Microprocessor Based Digi.PID Controller can also be supplied for better acc.
  • Control Accuracy +/- 2 Deg. C. for Digital Model &  +/- 1 Deg. C in PID Model.
  • Heating            By specially designed bank of heaters.
  • Power Supply 230 V AC 1 phase or 440 V AC 3 phase 4 wire system depend upon the model, size, temperature range and heater load.

INTRODUCTION:
NOVA Digital Tray Dryer is specifically designed to cater the needs in Industrial Production in Chemical, Pharmaceuticals, Food, Textiles, Dyestuff, Plastic Electrical, Automobiles as well as other Industries.
DESCRIPTION:
Double walled construction inner made of STAINLESS STEEL and outer made of thick M.S. duly powder coated paint. The Tray Dryer is heavily insulated with glass wool insulated material. The door is also insulated and provided with insulated gasket to prevent hot air leakages. Motorized forced air circulation is provided for uniform temperature and air circulation every level.
The Temperature is controlled by Digital Micro Control/Microprocessor Based Temp. Indicator cum Controller.

  • INTRODUCTION :

    NOVA SEED COUNTER is a sensitive and precise instrument specifically designed for sampling and batch counting of seeds for Agricultural Research. The unit is indispensable and Seed, Pulse and Grain Laboratories where counting of seeds are regularly required. The Seed Counter eliminates human errors and save the specious time.

    CONSTRUCTION:The unit is consisting of two basic features.

    [1] The unit gently vibrate the seeds in the allum. disc & drop one seeds ata time through adjustable passage.[2] Highly sensitive sensor counts each seeds which passes through the passage.
    As soon as the pre-set numbers of seeds have been passed, it automatically disconnect the vibrator.
