APPLICATION:
NOVA Vacuum oven finds various application in Chemical Industries, Food Processing Industries, For Dehydrating substances under Temperature & Vacuum. It is useful for Electronic components testing, Vacuum impregnations, Laboratories, Educational Institutions and for Research Organizations.
INTRODUCTION:
NOVA Vacuum Oven is specifically designed to cater theneeds in Laboratory, QualityControl, R & D, Pharmaceuticals etc.
CONSTRUCTION:

The working chamber is cylindrical made out of thick Stainless Steel. The outer cabinet is made from Mild Steel and elegantly powder coated paint. Glasswool insulation is provided to prevent heat loss. A door gasket is fitted to prevent any leakage. Heat resistant glass window is provided on the door for observation of the sample for the model having max. temp. range up to 110 Deg. C. The Vacuum Oven is fitted with vacuum gauge and needle valve for creating and maintaining the vacuum. The needle valve can be used for the application involving the changing of inert gas or similar application. Vacuum Oven is provided with two perforated Stainless Steel tray.

nova specially designed microprocessor based pid environmental test chamber can generate & maintain above ambient temperature, below ambient temp. , and humidity. It is specifically designed for application of various testing under low temp.& with control humidity.

these environmental test chambers are used for pharmaceuticals, zoological testing, material & component testing, conditioning of samples, prior to test , climatic & durable test of electrical & electronic apparatus, control penal, electronic components, chemical testing, as well as tqa requirement test etc. Etc.   • construction:
    the unit is of double walled construction. The exterior chamber is made of mild steel and finished in non corrosive paint or powder coated and interior chamber is made of heavy gauge polished stainless steel. Between two chamber glass-wool insulation is provided. Glass window is provided to see the operation without disturbing the control condition inside the chamber. An outside metal door with lock is provided. The unit rest on castor wheel.

    using hermatically sealed compressor condensing unit coupled with evaporation coil & fan cooled condensor.

    control panel is provided on the top of the unit consisting of mains switch, mains indicator, ampere meter, pid controller, pilot lamps (for cooling cycle-heating cycles), low water level controller fitted & connected through circuit to boiler heater low level pilot lamp (will not glow if water level is below requirements),
