APPLICATION:

NOVA Vacuum oven finds various application in Chemical Industries, Food Processing Industries, For Dehydrating substances under Temperature & Vacuum. It is useful for Electronic components testing, Vacuum impregnations, Laboratories, Educational Institutions and for Research Organizations.

INTRODUCTION:

NOVA Vacuum Oven is specifically designed to cater the needs in Laboratory, Quality Control, R & D, Pharmaceuticals etc.

CONSTRUCTION:

The working chamber is cylindrical made out of thick Stainless Steel. The outer cabinet is made from Mild Steel and elegantly powder coated paint. Glasswool insulation is provided to prevent heat loss. A door gasket is fitted to prevent any leakage. Heat resistant glass window is provided on the door for observation of the sample for the model having max. temp. range up to 110 Deg. C. The Vacuum Oven is fitted with vacuum gauge and needle valve for creating and maintaining the vacuum. The needle valve can be used for the application involving the changing of inert gas or similar application. Vacuum Oven is provided with two perforated Stainless Steel tray.

HEATING:
2 Nos. of specially designed heaters are uniformly spread and clamped on the out side of the inner Stainless Steel chamber. They are designed to operate at low heat generation to give long life.

CONTROL PANEL : Consisting of
Mains Switch Mains Indicator 3 Heat Control Rotary switch. Thermostat or Digital Micro Control Based Temperature Indicator cum Controller. Vacuum Gauge. Needle Valve. “L” Shape thermometer is provided and fixed on one of the tray.
