SpecificationsThe Series 300 & 400 consists of the particular range of pressure reducing valve. The valve's name itself narrates function. The valve automatically reduces a higher inlet pressure to a steady outlet pressure to a steady lower downstream pressure regardless of changing flow parameter and fluctuations in upstream. A solenoid valve is provided to intercept the operation of the pressure reducing control.
Specifications
The 600 series solenoid control valve is classified in two categories (1) Globe and (2) Angle type. The valve is a self-contained unit consists of a diaphragm operated main valve with two solenoid pilot valves. The first (globe) will permit main valve to open when de-energized. The solenoid pilot valve may be activated by pressure, temperature, clock, and float. Etc. other features are available on custom basis.
Additional Relief/Sustaining Function-600The 700 series Non-slam check valves are diaphragm actuated. The higher downstream pressure enters the valve cover thru a control tube and the valve closes.

Specifications
The 1000 series valves consists of booster pump control valve. The valve opens at controlled rate of flow which is adjustable and closes same way at desired flow limits. The valve and pump are electrically interlocked to complete the desired action.

The model PRV 400 is Nutech's primary general service, self-contained, pressure, reducing, regulator. Unit handles inlet pressure up to 400 psig (27.6 barg) and outlet pressures from 2-250 psig (O.14-17.2 barg) in multiple spring ranges. Model PRV 400 is utilized for the majority of industrial pressure reducing applications.

Inlet pressure acta upward on small balancing diaphragm (or piston in 21/2-3" sizes) to equalize downward pressure on valve disc, providing fully balanced action. Inlet pressure variations are equalized without affecting set-point. When the adjusting spring is compressed, it opens the main valve to admit fluid to down stream side. When the downstream pressure under the large diaphragm equals the force exerted by the adjusting spring, equilibrium is restored and the main valve maintains flow of the set down stream pressure. Simply designed, your Nu-Tech hi-flow is slated for a long, trouble-free life. Standard renewable parts never need special fitting or machining. Here's a rugged regulator built to absorb hydraulic system shocks that upset ordinary valves.

Yoke SleeveExtra long thread engagement between yoke sleeve and stem provide long thread life. Valves of sizes Larger than 150 Lb-12", 300 Lb-10", 600 Lb-6", 900 Lb / 1500 Lb / 4" are regularly provided with roll bearing yokes.
StemAll wedge gate valves are provided with upset forged 1-head stems by forging the T-head. The stem at the stem-wedge connection is strengthened. This design also allows the wedge possibility of a bent stem jamming the wedge

Live Load PackingIn services requiring frequent cycling or with high pressure/temperature variations, live loading extends the service life between maintenance periods by requiring less statements. Belleville springs are employed to provide constant packing gland stress.
Yoke SleeveFurnished in aluminum bronze to reduce operating torque. Most size furnished with ball bearing yoke sleeves.
Lantern Ring & Double Packing SetLantern ring leak-off frtting connection & double packing stack is optionally available for critical services.
Seat RingsSeparate heavy duty, full ported rings for easy maintenance. Screwed or welded connection into body.

BBBolted bonnet Welding bonnet and pressure seal bonnet in services requiring frequent cycling or with high pressure/tempareture variations.
End ConnectionsA choice of flanged, RTJ flanged or butt welding end for piping flexibility.
Body To Bonnet JointA flat face gasket joint is used in the 150lb to 600Lb valves. Ring joint is used in the body to bennet connection in 900lb & higher rated valves.
DISCAll Plug disc is stem guided on all size. Disc has a differential angle front the seat to provide a line contact for maximum sealing. The bottom of V-port disc is feuded by the body seat ring for maximum disc stability in throttling applications. the soft teflon ring is excellent for lower temperature service where tight shut off required.
