A belt weigher is a part of industrial control equipment used to measure the flow rate of material travelling over a troughed conveyor belt of any length. Many such belt scales are active part of the process flow control of conveyor line. A belt weigher replaces a short section of the support mechanism of the long conveyor belts in process industry. Each system consists of microprocessor based control panel, load cell and belt speed measuring device. We provide material totalizer and flow rate analog signal outputs from belt weighers.

As we know that, the modern process industry requires tanks, silos, bin for inventory management or material storage purpose. For this we supply microprocessor based system including load cell mounting arrangement to know exact level or volume of material stored in silos. Accuracy of the system: +/-0.25% to +/-0.5

Batching System is used to perform series of jobs or batches without manual intervention and ensures improved productivity. Every process industry needs to do batch production in certain processes like mixing, reactions etc. This system ensures that only the right quantity of the ingredient is discharged to make the batch. The system includes Loadcells, material discharge gates for flow control, control panel with PLC and SCADA software.

Rotary feeders are commonly used for discharge of bulk solid materials from hoppers/bins, receivers and cyclones. Components of a rotary feeder include a rotor shaft, housing, head plates, and packing seals & bearings. Rotors have large vanes cast or welded on and are typically driven by electric motors. Industries requiring this type feeding mechanism include cement, asphalt, chemical, mining, plastic, food etc.

Flow control gates are designed for accurate control of the flow of abrasive, powdered materials. In particular they can be mounted in-line with airslides. An integrated aeration line provided at the bottom of the flow control gate assists the flow of material. A positioner can be used to position the vee-notch drum via 4-20mA input signal. A manual override is available to position the gate in case of power or air supply failure to the actuator. Standard sizes include 200, 300, 400, 500, and 600. Other sizes and configurations are supplied on request.

Slide gate valves are simple and compact in design, robust in structure, excellent in technology and easy to install. Slide gate valves are designed to shut off product flow from outlets of storage bins, silos, conveyors, and other discharge points handling dry bulk materials. We manufacture slide gate valves from 200mm square to 2000mm square opening with manual operated wheel or pneumatic cylinder. Customized sizes can be supplied in exisisting structure as per customer request.
