We bring forth quality weather silicone that is an oxime based neutral curing, low modulus silicone sealant which is suitable for exterior weather seal applications and expansion joints. It has high movement capability and adhesion to a wide range of substrates including glass, metals, coated and painted metals, plastics, concrete, brick, wood etc. Willbond ws-304 has been formulated to be durable under extreme weather conditions which make it ideal for curtain wall and window applications. It is a low odor silicone sealant which cures in the presence of atmospheric moisture to provide a rubbery seal and provides strong adhesion. It has excellent resistance to weathering, uv radiation, ozone, vibration, moisture, temperature extremes and various cleaning agents. Willbond ws-304 is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. recommended joint (depth vs. Width) :

    • applications :
      • apply only on clean and dry surface
      • apply masking tape to area near joint to ease clean up
      • use only approved back-up material in joint
      • cut nozzle to desired size
      • insert cartridgesausage into caulking gun
      • apply sealant in a uniform bead

          • willbond ws 304 is available in standard 300ml cartridges and 600ml sausages

              • willbond ws 304 is available black and white. Special colors can be manufactured to order

                      • when stored in the original unopened containers at or below 25c, willbond ws 304 weather sealant has a shelf life of 12 months from date of manufacturing

                          • direct contact of uncured sealant irritates eyes and may irritate skin. Overexposure to vapor may irritate eyes, nose, and throat
                          • avoid eye and skin contact
                          • use with adequate ventilation
                          • do not handle contact lenses with sealant on hands
                          • in case of eye contact, flush eyes with water for 15 minutes
                          • obtain medical attention
                          • in case of skin contact, remove from skin and flush with water. Sealant releases acetic acid (vinegar-like odor) during cure
