• Unique Pipe Repair Bandage is the fiberglass bandage coated with water-activated polyurethane resin. Also we provide the stick of putty,which is hand-mixable, pipes-reinforced epoxy putty that can be moulded into any shape to fill cracks, holes or small leakage for a more safe repair.
• Our pipe repair bandage uses environmental friendly materials, and mainly used for Repair Oil, Gas & Water Pipeline etc, and adheres to Metal, plaster, PVC, Copper, Rubber, Fiberglass, Concrete, Wood, Ceramic, Polyester, ect. It can be applied on cracked, fractured, corroded, damaged & leakiing pipes,around difficult shapes including straight lengths, tee and elbow joints.
• Unique Bandage is suitable for use on wet or dry pipes. It can even can applied underwater, in fresh or saltwater.

Unique Pipe Repair Bandage Application :

• Clean and roughen the damaged area with the metal file or wire brush,which will help result a more successful repair.
• Put Gloves on, open the bag and immerse the bandage in temperate water for 10-15 seconds & squeeze the bandage to let the water soak in evenly.
• Squeeze out the access water; apply the bandage spirally around the damaged pipe area. Extending up to 50mm (2") either side of the leak.
• When wrapping, put each layer tightly and firmly, using hand to mould and squeeze the layers together in a tightening motion.
• Continue to apply pressure during application and upon completion.

 
Suggestion : To achieve best result, the bandage should be no less than 10mm thick (10-15layers). Allow 30 minutes for bandage to strock-hard.

Precautions :

• The operator should wear gloves before touch the bandage.
• Storage at temperature (40 ^oF-80 ^oF)
