Fbp1000 – 4 bricks per stroke – 900 to 1000 bricks per hour b. Fbp 1500 – 6 bricks per stroke – 1300 to 1500 bricks per hour c. Fbp 2000 – 10 bricks per stroke – 1800 to 2000 bricks per hour d. Fbp 2500 – 12 bricks per stroke – 2300 to 2500 bricks per hour e. Fbp 3500 – 18 bricks per stroke – 3200 to 3500 bricks per hour automatic fly ash bricks plant mainly contains following units: a. Pan mixer – to mix the raw materials like fly ash, sand, stone dust, cement, lime, gypsum etc. B. Mixed material transfer conveyor – to carry the mixed raw materials from pan mixer to hydraulic bricks press c. Hydraulic bricks press: makes high quality fly ash bricks by applying high i.e. 7.5 to 10 mt pressure on each bricks d. Cbp750 – vibro compacting bricks & blocks making machine – 1500 to 1800 bricks per hour or 900 to 1000 pavers blocks depending upon shape & size b.
