• Cold Aggregate Feeder : Four-bin cold aggregate unit includes Gathering conveyor with 600 mm wide driven by 5 HP Electric Motor. Belt feeders under each bin are driven by 2 HP variable speeds drive and fitted with adjustable quadrant gates. (Capacity of each bin is approximately 10 MT)
• Vibratory Screen : For the removal of the oversize material
• Slinger Conveyor : At the bottom of bins, adjustable gates are provided to regulate the flow of aggregate with four auxiliary conveyors. Gathering conveyor is equipped with scraper and driven by A.C. Motor. Aggregate from the Gathering conveyor is fed in to the drum by a slinger conveyor through vibrating screen.
• Pug Mill Mixer : The inherent asphalt tank capacity of the drum mix process, along with the frame mounted dry dust collector makes this drum mixer a good neighbour. This machine has maximum asphalt tank efficiency so, wet collector is not necessary except in metropolitan areas.
• Control Panel : Control Panel All control panels for plant with small control cabins. Control Panel Cabin Centralised air conditioned and insulated control cabin is provided with electronic control panel cabinet to operate the entire plant.
