The rope enters the first station where it is sized to a diameter of 36 mm. The output of sizer is a rope having diameter 17 mm. This small diameter rope can easily be fed into toffee cut and wrap machine. The sizer works speedily and has negligible maintenance. The speed of sizer is infinitely variable. This is because of A.C. drive provided. All parts are made to high standards of accuracy. Rope sizer is having robust construction and very smooth working.
