Form Fill Seal (FFS) machine is designed to form fill and seal a package on a single unitized machine. These machines are available in types such as vertical form fill seal (VFFS) and horizontal form fill seal (HFFS) machines. Sachet machines, blister pack machines, four side seal machines and thermoform fill and seal machines in both cases packaging material is fed off a roll, shaped, and sealed. This machine is suitable for filling all types of free & non-free flowing granular items like seeds, cereals, grains, granulated pesticides, chemicals, tea, cashew-nuts, extruded plastic granules, food-products, etc. Being net weight filler, it can fill into any type of pouch or rigid container. The different series under granule filler can cover a filling range of 10gm to 50Kgs. For most products a filling speed of 8 15 fills per minute is guaranteed. The duplex models have two machines coupled together and therefore double the filling speed.
