Padsons Gravity Separator is designed to separate particles of same size but of different specific gravity (like rain damaged insect attacked or low grade seeds). The material is fed continuously on the surface of oscillating deck attached with the Gravity Separator. The pressurized air permeates though porous deck surface made up of wire-mesh and creates fluidized bed, this cause the seed particles to orient themselves as per their specific weight. These Gravity Separators are used in Seed Industry and Food Processing industry. The Gravity Separator is used for oil extraction, pulses mill, bakery, rice mill, flour mill, breweries, etc.

  Using the most modern simulation tools available the design of the table between the fans and the table top was optimized to produce a laminar air flow whose pressure and speed is consistent at all points on the table. This not only leads to optimized sorting results but also to higher performance levels.
